For orders totalling $99 (before taxes), we are pleased to offer free shipping within Canada.
For orders that are not eligible for free shipping, we offer a flat fee shipping rate of $9.99.

All of our orders are shipped with Canada Post.
A confirmation will be sent immediately by email. Orders are usually sent out within 1-3 business days.
Please note that we only offer shipping within Canada.
Due to shipping costs, we do not offer free, or flat rate shipping for orders weighing more than 7lbs, including packaging.
As such, please note that we do not offer shipping via Canada Post for the following items:
- Bags of food weighing more than 7lbs total
- Cans weighing more than 7lbs total
- Bags of litter
- Litter Boxes
- Cat Trees

TAXES & CURRENCYAll Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Prices listed on www.baileyblu.com may differ from prices listed in store. Unlike food for people, pet food is (unfortunately) taxable. Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes are applied based on shipping destination.

- Quebec: 5% GST and 9.975% PST
- Manitoba: 5% GST and 7% PST
- British Columbia: 5% GST and 7% PST
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick: 13% HST
- Nova Scotia: 15% HST
- Prince Edward Island: 14% HST
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories: 5% GST
LOCAL ORDERS & WEDNESDAY DELIVERIES
Bailey Blu is pleased to offer convenient in-store and curb side pick up on all orders and free delivery on all orders of $69 (total before taxes) or more, to the following boroughs: NDG, Montreal West, Cote St Luc, Hampstead, Westmount, Cote des Neiges.
For curbside pick up, just give us a quick call an hour before your arrival so we can get your order ready; we’ll happily process your credit card payment over the phone and be waiting for you as you pull up to the store! No need for parking! No hassle! Great for mom’s with sleeping babies!
For online orders, a confirmation will be sent within 24 hours by email with an estimated time for pick up /delivery, and you will be notified thereafter by phone or email with the exact date and time, no more than a week after submission of order.
Please note that all deliveries are done on Wednesdays and orders for delivery must be submitted by Tuesday, 4pm, for next day delivery - deliveries will be made in the morning. For large Raw by Bailey Blu orders, please submit your order a week in advance to ensure availability of stock! *Please note that Raw by Bailey Blu is available for local delivery only.
If an item in your order isn't (immediately) in stock but should be within 5 days, we'll send your order in a single shipment as soon as it's ready and we'll be sure to let you know. If it looks like we won't have the out-of-stock item within 5 days, we'll immediately ship your order's in-stock items and then ship any out-of-stock items as soon as they are available. You'll also have the option of canceling that item.
RETURN TO SENDER / WRONG ADDRESS?
Even shipped orders that are returned to Bailey Blu (unclaimed, refused, wrong address, etc) still qualify for Bailey Blu's Return Policy less the cost of return processing. We’ll also gladly re-ship Returned to Sender orders at our regular postage rates. Wrong Address? No problem! If the mistake is ours, we'll ship it again at no extra cost.
CHANGING / CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If you'd like to change or cancel your order before it's been shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help you make the changes you need.
